- "How do you handle a tight deadline when a client keeps requesting scope changes?" Show you can negotiate scope transparently rather than silently absorbing every new request.
- "Walk me through how you'd build a simple financial model to support a client recommendation." Describe the structure: assumptions sheet, calculations, and output summary — even without building it live.
