Why did we build this?
The modern job search is asymmetrical. Companies run structured interviews designed by teams of people, screen resumes with software, and interview hundreds of candidates for practice. Candidates get one shot, alone, often after a decade of not interviewing at all.
We started InterviewBoost because the best candidates were losing to the best-prepared candidates. Interviewing is a learnable, coachable skill — but coaching used to cost hundreds of dollars an hour. AI changed that math. Now the same real-time support that executive candidates pay coaches for is available to everyone, on a laptop or a phone, for less than the price of one traditional coaching session a month.
