What is AI Apply?
AI Apply finds live jobs that match your resume and preferences, tailors your resume to each one, and fills in the application on the company’s own career site. You decide how much it sends on its own with Review, Hybrid or Auto mode.
What is the difference between Review, Hybrid and Auto mode?
Review fills every application and waits for your approval. Hybrid sends matches above your chosen score on its own and holds the rest for you. Auto applies to every match that fits your rules, within your daily limit. Hybrid and Auto are on the Pro and Premium AI Apply plans.
Which job sites does AI Apply work on?
Company career sites on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, plus Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Taleo and other portals on Pro and Premium. For portals that need an account, it signs up with your application email and confirms the code itself.
Will AI Apply answer questions about visas, disability or race?
Only with the answers you saved yourself. AI Apply never guesses legal, work authorization, sponsorship or self-identification questions, and those answers are never sent to the AI model. If a form asks something it cannot answer truthfully, the application moves to Needs you.
How many applications can AI Apply send?
The free trial includes 3. Paid plans allow 50, 200 or 600 a month, with a daily cap of 5, 15 or 25 and a per-company limit. Extra applications and a Daily Boost can be bought on paid plans. You can pause any time.
How do I know what was sent?
Every application keeps a screenshot of the filled form, the resume that was uploaded, its status history and any recruiter reply in your Inbox. A daily summary email lists what went out.
