Transcripts and analysis results are stored in your account. Raw audio and video recordings are deleted within 24 hours after processing. Webcam frames are processed in memory only — never stored. We never use your data for AI model training.

Only you. Your data is completely private and never shared with employers, recruiters, or third parties. We use Anthropic (Claude AI) for analysis and Stripe for payments — both bound by strict data processing agreements.

Check that your browser has microphone permission (look for the mic icon in the address bar). Ensure no other app is using the microphone. Try refreshing the page. If using an external mic, verify it's selected in your system audio settings.

Download from the Download page. On Windows, you may see a SmartScreen warning — click 'More info' → 'Run anyway' → Install completes. Sign in with your InterviewBoost.ai account. macOS version coming soon.

QR code sessions for phone-based Live Assist are active for 2 hours. After expiry, generate a new QR code from the Live Assist page. No app installation required on your phone.
